CNC Machine Operator

SOSA BPO is currently hiring CNC Machine Operators for multiple manufacturing clients in the Strongsville area. We are seeking dependable, motivated, and safety-focused individuals looking for stable full-time opportunities with long-term growth potential.

These positions are available on both 1st and 2nd shift and offer the opportunity to transition into permanent employment based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and machine parts
• Monitor machine operation and inspect finished products for quality
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, production, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
