Seeking a CNC Machine Operator in Syracuse, NY for a growing, global manufacturer. This temp-to-hire role pays $19-23/hour in a clean, modern facility producing high-precision components.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts
- Load materials and ensure continuous machine operation
- Inspect parts with measuring tools
- Make basic offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
- Monitor tooling and machine performance
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous CNC operating experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Attention to detail and quality
- Experience with offsets, setups, or G-code is a plus
