We are seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to operate production equipment, maintain accurate records, inspect finished parts, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow precise instructions, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC mills, lathes, and parts-washing equipment.
Load and unload raw materials, equipment, and production parts.
Stock materials and run parts according to established procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate equipment and production records.
Perform required equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
Inspect finished products to confirm they meet required specifications.
Follow specific work instructions, quality standards, and company safety guidelines.
Job Requirements
Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift.
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor.
Ability to pick up and move products weighing approximately 50–70 pounds.
Flexibility to work overtime as requested.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to remain focused on assigned work for the full shift.
