Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine issues
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Collaborate with supervisors and quality teams to improve processes and resolve issues
