Job Full Description

Do you want to work less than 40 hours a week but get paid for a full 40?! Express has teamed up with a locally owned growing company in the La Crosse area that has long-term openings! This is perfect for those looking for a permanent career move as it provides advancement opportunities. From railroad crossing arms to car parts to broom handles, this company makes it all!

Wage & Hours:

Weekend shift: days 7AM - 7PM

Operator responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Operate a CNC Machine for various fiberglass products
  • Adjust CNC programs as needed.
  • Document on pick lists as product is completed
  • Conduct first article inspections on all fabrications
  • Package and palletize fabricated product
  • Clean, sweep, and organize at the end of each day
  • Continuous quality inspections while running the CNC
Operator qualifications include:
  • Must be able read a tape measure, calipers, and blueprints
  • Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, reach, and lift 50lbs throughout shift
  • Must be able to follow instructions and policies, and manage time well
  • Must be upbeat and work well with others
  • Must be able to meet and or exceed deadlines
  • Previous CNC operation experience is preferred
