Blueprints, CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing), CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) Systems, CNC Lathe, Computer Programming, Corporate Policies, Engineering Drawing, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Identify Issues, Lathe, Machine Tool, Machining, Mori Seiki, Quality Metrics, Safety Process
-Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining equipment
-Program and edit CNC programs using G-code
-Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
-Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
-Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
-Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
-Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
-Follow all safety procedures and company policies
-2+ years of CNC setup and programming experience
-Experience with:
--Haas
--Mazak
--Mori Seiki
--Puma lathes
-Strong understanding of CNC machining practices
-Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
-Technical school or machining background preferred
-Live tooling and multi-axis machining experience preferred
-CAD/CAM programming
-Production machining environment experience
