Youll partner with manufacturers across the Houston area, moving between facilities to install, commission, maintain, and repair CNC machine tools. Every day brings a new challengeand youll have the backing to focus on the craft: a car allowance, a company cell phone, a laptop, fuel covered, and streamlined reporting so you can spend more time on machines and customers.

Travel is primarily local within Houston, with minimal nights away during the week.

A day in your week

  • Start with a prioritized schedule of service callsnew installs, PMs, or urgent diagnostics.
  • Arrive onsite, connect with the customer, and assess the machine (machining centers or turning centers).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues; verify performance and accuracy.
  • Provide brief operator training and coordinate with sales when additional solutions are identified.
  • Close out work by documenting findings, updates, and parts used; keep customer records current.

Core responsibilities

  • Perform field service, installations, and preventive maintenance in the local market.
  • Resolve customer issues and deliver light training; partner with sales for technical support.
  • Communicate clearly with diverse teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically.
  • Own each service case or project end-to-end; maintain technical documentation.
