A day in the life
You start your morning in Iowa, coffee in hand, reviewing a couple of service tickets on your company-provided laptop before heading to a nearby customer site. By mid-morning, you’re running diagnostics on a CNC machining center, tracing a hydraulic issue and confirming an electrical repair. After lunch, you swing by another customer to complete a preventive maintenance visit on a CNC turning center, wrap up the documentation, and call a sales teammate with a quick heads-up about an upgrade opportunity you noticed. You finish the day with your notes synced, expenses submitted through a fast reimbursement process, and a sense of momentum—another day helping customers keep their production humming.
