CNC Machining and Fabrication

Job Summary
Seeking a reliable CNC Machining and Fabrication team member to operate CNC and automated manufacturing equipment producing high-quality metal and plastic components. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent processes, and precision-driven manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC and automated production machines performing machining and forming operations
• Read and follow CNC set-up sheets, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Make routine CNC adjustments including tool changes, offsets, and feed/speed corrections
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
• Perform secondary fabrication operations such as deburring, grinding, polishing, stamping, and straightening
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and daily machine checks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Basic shop math and measurement skills
• Ability to pass required pre-employment testing

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 35 pounds
• Frequent use of hands and arms
• Close vision and depth perception required

• Manufacturing environment with moving machinery
• Moderate noise level
• Exposure to fumes or airborne particles
