As the CNC Machining Cell Lead on second shift, you’ll start by checking the status of Makino machining centers and the MMC pallet pool, aligning priorities, and coaching operators on the floor. Through the shift you’ll split time between the controls and the aisle—running equipment when needed, mentoring teammates, troubleshooting tooling and machining issues, collaborating with maintenance and engineering, and verifying output and quality. You’ll keep SAP transactions current, coordinate tooling upkeep, and step in as the backup to the Machine Shop Supervisor when required.
