CNC Machinist 1st & 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and edit programs on CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and VTLs (3-, 4-, & 5-axis).
• Read blueprints, travelers, and work instructions to produce precision aerospace components.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment and interpret CMM data to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform tooling setup, deburring, troubleshooting, and basic machine adjustments.
• Document production and quality data in ERP systems while following AS9100, NADCAP, and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; CNC training or equivalent experience preferred.
• CNC machining experience with G & M code knowledge required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Basic math and trigonometry skills.
• Manufacturing experience required; aerospace experience preferred.
• Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Okuma controls is a plus.
• Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements.
