CNC Machinist – 1st ShiftLocation: Painesville, OH
Pay: $30–$40/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:30 PM

Inova Staffing is currently hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a precision machining company in Painesville, OH! This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist looking for a first-shift position with competitive pay and a strong benefits package.
Applicants MUST have previous experincePosition OverviewThe CNC Machinist will set up and operate CNC machines using blueprints, specifications, and job layouts while maintaining very close dimensional tolerances. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, independent judgment, and a commitment to producing quality parts.Responsibilities
- Set up new and repeat CNC jobs from blueprints and job routers
- Create programs at the machine and produce parts to blueprint specifications
- Complete first article approval
- Operate CNC machines while monitoring part quality
- Change worn tooling and make machine offsets as needed
- Inspect and document critical features
- Complete production documentation and daily setup/production entries
- Properly label and identify machined parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently while communicating issues and developments to the foreman and engineering team
QualificationsRequired:
- CNC machining experience
- Proficiency with Fanuc M and G codes
- Ability to read blueprints with a solid understanding of GD&T
- Experience using inspection equipment
- Strong math skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of CNC setup experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Multi-axis CNC experience
- Aerospace or precision machining experience
