Our client is currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team and play a pivotal role in the production of high-quality products.

Position Summary:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be an integral part of our client's manufacturing process. You'll be responsible for the setup and operation of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to craft critical components. Key Responsibilities:
  • CNC Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC machines, including material loading, tool selection, and programming, to manufacture components to the required specifications.
  • Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines and oversee the production process to ensure the accurate and efficient production of components.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect finished components for quality and adherence to design specifications, making necessary adjustments to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Tool Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and tool changes on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Programming: Understand and modify CNC programs as needed to accommodate design changes and enhance production efficiency.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards in all machining activities.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineers and team members to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and cycle time reduction.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of machine setup, tool changes, and production output.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine setup and tooling.
  • A strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality components.
