    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Reading production documents to produce the relevant product/part.

    • Using the EDP tools provided to ensure supplies of parts and to record quality and fault notifications.

    • Checking product/part according to quality specifications to ensure quality.

    • Performing maintenance in accordance with the machine manual to increase plant availability.

    • Producing quality parts to achieve and secure sales.

    • Adhering to deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction (service level) - taking flexible time control models into account.

    • Continuously optimising processes to boost efficiency (CIP).

    • Performing simple setup tasks to reduce downtimes.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Technical Trade School or machining apprenticeship certification preferred.
    • 5+ years of hands-on machining experience in a high-volume production environment (medical, aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors preferred).
    • Advanced knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain) and manual machining operations.
    • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and in-process inspection methods.
    • Familiarity with production scheduling systems (ERP/MRP) and electronic data entry a plus.
    • Ability to interpret complex work instructions and adjust processes to meet shifting production priorities.
    • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and meeting daily/shift production goals.
    • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts as production needs dictate.
