Our customers are developing tomorrow's high-tech products, and we are building technology to accelerate their success.We design, machine, print, and build faster than anyone else in the industry-and we're looking for machinists who thrive in high-performance environments and want to be part of the team that's redefining what's possible in advanced manufacturing.We value initiative and attitude and are building a team of outstanding individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy mentoring and learning from others, and are eager to tackle any challenge.What You'll Do:Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC machines, including either Zimmerman, HAAS mills, and Lathes.Run both billet and non-traditional stock (e.g., 3D prints, foam, castings).Collaborate with engineering to provide real-time DFM feedback and drive rapid iteration.Occasionally work with LFAM 3D printers and get hands-on with hybrid manufacturing workflows.Perform post-process and in-process inspection of molds, tooling, and final parts using standard metrology tools.Move quickly between R&D prototypes and low-rate production runs.Communicate actively across teams-engineering, composites, inspection, and operations.Who You Are:Be awesome! Be the kind of person you want to work with!You takeownershipof your work and always bring a "get it done" attitude.You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where speed matters.You take pride in high-quality output and speak up when something isn't right.5+ years of CNC machining experience including setup, tooling, and troubleshooting.3+ years' operating 5-axis gantry mills.Strong knowledge of G and M code and CNC operations.Familiarity with inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods and work hands-on in a production setting.Willingness to learn new machines, processes, and tech on the fly.Bonus Points:Background in aerospace, defense, or motorsport tooling and mold making.Experience machining from complex or non-rectangular stock (e.g. foam blocks, prints, castings).Comfortable with Siemens or HAAS controllers.Past work in both R&D/prototype and production environments.Exposure to 3D printers (any type), hybrid workflows, or additive-subtractive processes.CAM experience with Tebis, Fusion, or ESPRIT.CAD familiarity with NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA.$38 - $45 an hourHourly Range: $30 - $45 per hour.
