Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including Haas vertical/horizontal mills, turning centers, and G&L boring bars
  • Program using G&M code and Mastercam
  • Select tooling and build efficient machining processes
  • Hold tight tolerances (±0.005'') with precision inspections
  • Collaborate with a talented team to elevate quality and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safety-first work area

Shift & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Enjoy a built-in 3-day weekend-every week!

  • Perks: Shift differential + built-in overtime
  • Pay: Competitive, based on experience

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of CNC machining experience
  • Knowledge of G&M code and CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
  • Strong blueprint reading & GD&T interpretation skills
  • Solid understanding of tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining fundamentals
  • Excellent measurement and inspection abilities

Education & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Journeyman or 2-year technical degree (preferred)
  • Strong math skills (geometry & trigonometry)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks
