Pay: $29.00 $39.00 per hour (DOE, includes shift differential)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73108
Shift: Monday Friday | 3: 30 PM 1: 00 AM (OT & Saturdays required)

Position Overview
The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating multi-axis CNC milling machines in a high-precision aerospace environment. This CNC Machinist role requires strong experience with tight tolerances, machine setup, and troubleshooting. The ideal CNC Machinist is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced production setting.
Required Experience & Skills
3 5+ years of CNC machining experience (Level 3/4)
Ability to independently set up and operate CNC machines
Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Experience working with tight tolerances
Strong skills using measuring tools and inspection equipment
Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Reliable attendance and ability to work extended hours
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints and machining specifications
Adjust tooling, offsets, and perform minor program edits
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and production standards
