With a strong track record of strategic growth and acquisitions, Komline continues to expand its solution portfolio and technical capabilities while maintaining our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.Our Komline Custom Machining team is seeking a skilled Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist to aid us in delivering precision parts and components to meet our goals.Duties and Responsibilities:Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grindersRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to produce precision partsProgram CNC machines using G-code to control machine operationsInspect finished products using precision measurement tools to ensure they meet quality standardsPerform routine maintenance on machines, including troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issuesCollaborate with engineers and production staff to meet project deadlines and production goalsSuggest improvements to increase efficiency and optimize production processesOther duties as assignedQualifications:2+ years of experience in CNC machining or completion of a technical program in CNC operationProficiency in operating a 5-Axis DMG CNC machine and understanding G-code/M-codeStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical specificationsGood problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issuesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as requiredMust be able to work in a manufacturing environmentMust be able to work 2nd shift 4:00pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday.Nice To Have:Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD)Experience operating CNC lathes or turn mill experienceEqual Opportunity Statement: Komline is an EEO employer – M/F/Vets/Disabled
