Pay: $25-35/hr. (Depending on experience level and/or Journeyman papers)
Shift: Sunday-Thursday (11pm to 7am); voluntary OT may be available
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED
Qualified applicants under a Machinist position will possess PA State Approved Journeyman Machinist or Journeyman Tool & Die Makers Papers
Must be able to pass a working physical
Knowledge of G+M codes a plus
Ability to interpret Blueprints
Responsibilities:
Maintain a Safe work environment
Perform setups on CNC machines (Lathes, Horizontal Mills, Vertical Mills, and 5 axis Mills) safely and productively
Layout components to verify stock for machinability
Machine parts to drawing specifications utilizing CNC machine tools such as Vertical Turning Mills and Horizontal Boring Mills
Edit CNC programs, as necessary
Calculate dimensions and tolerances using math for machining, ensure that components meet the drawing specifications utilizing a variety of inspection tools (micrometers, Vernier calipers)
