Our client is seeking CNC machinists at multiple skill levels for a weekend overnight schedule producing high-tolerance aerospace and defense components.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills, mill-turn equipment, and lathes
- Interpret GD&T drawings
- Use calipers, micrometers, and metrology equipment
- Establish machine coordinates and indicate vises
- Verify dimensional conformity
- Maintain cycle-time and production expectations
- Complete required production paperwork
- Follow machining, quality, and safety procedures
Requirements
- CNC operator experience or relevant technical-school coursework
- Three years of setup experience for Setup Machinist consideration
- Blueprint-reading experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to prioritize work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Aerospace or defense machining experience
Compensation
$33.00-$57.00 per hour, based on BambooHR posting metadata. Rates include the 50% shift differential.
