PAY RATE: $30-33/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Set up and calibrate CNC machines, including tooling and workpiece alignment

• Program and operate CNC equipment (milling, turning, drilling, grinding)

• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD/CAM files

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues

• Maintain production documentation

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven CNC machining experience required

• 5-axis machining experience required

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred; engineering degree a plus)

• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, tools, and machining processes

• Ability to read technical drawings and perform precise measurements

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
