CNC Machinist

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience for a local company in Alliance, Ohio. Join a team dedicated to contributing to society and protecting the environment through innovative Motion & Control technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for CNC programming and operation, using G and M codes, fabricating parts to print while holding tight tolerances, reworking machine parts for repair, and proficiently using all shop machines. You will play a vital part in supporting our customers manufacturing processes in a safe and organized work environment.

HOURS:
1st Shift, M-TH 6:30am-5:00pm
PAY:
$22.00/hr
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CNC programming and operation
Utilization of G and M codes
Fabricate parts to print, holding tolerances
Rework machine parts for repair, holding tolerances
Proficiently use all tool room shop machines to meet plant needs
Other machinist related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years experience in CNC programming and operation
Strong mechanical aptitude
CAD/CAM experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Must have steel toe boots or shoes
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- CAD/CAM software experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED, plus 2+ years in CNC machining
