CNC Machinist and Operator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Sycamore, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the production of our components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using measuring tools.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role. set-up a plus
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery Mills and Lathes
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
