Available Shifts

Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Swing Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:25 PM - 1:55 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists with strong 3-axis machining experience. Candidates with Haas or Fanuc controls experience and setup expertise are highly preferred. This role is ideal for motivated machinists who thrive in a precision aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines per blueprints and specifications
Work with lathes, grinders, multi-axis mills, and related equipment
Select, align, and secure tooling, fixtures, and materials
Perform manual inspections using calipers, micrometers, and similar tools
Identify and troubleshoot machining issues; adjust machine settings as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Support training and mentorship of junior machinists and program participants
Demonstrate strong work ethic and professionalism

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience running 3-axis CNC machines
Experience with Haas or Fanuc controls preferred
Proven experience with machine setup, including probing and manual indexing (required)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Strong inspection and measurement skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machining (highly desirable)
Background in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing

Basic Requirements

Minimum 2 years as a fully qualified machinist
High school diploma or equivalent
CNC training program participation is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to mentor and support new employees
