    Description

    *We're open to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift candidates*


    What You'll Do

    • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
    • Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding as needed.
    • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.
    • Make offsets and minor program adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
    • Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Work closely with programmers, engineers, and quality personnel to ensure customer specifications are met.


    Qualifications

    • Ideally 1-3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
    • Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines.
    • Ability to read blueprints and understand machining tolerances.
    • Proficient with precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and indicators.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.


    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Fanuc, or similar CNC controls.
    • Knowledge of G-code and basic program editing.
    • Familiarity with GD&T and lean manufacturing principles.
    • Prototype, short-run, or production machining experience.
