Requirements

• Minimum of two years of CNC machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and precision manufacturing
• Ability to work with tight tolerances and measurements to the thousandth of an inch
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to following all manufacturing and workplace safety procedures

Job Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications
• Measure and inspect completed parts for accuracy
• Confirm that products meet established quality standards and tolerances
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Complete production and inspection documentation accurately
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Report equipment problems and quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards

What You Will Do

As a CNC Machinist you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.
