Available Shifts:
Monday - Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM or Monday - Friday, 3:00PM-11:30PM
What You'll Do
- Machine precision parts to specifications using vertical CNC mills and/or CNC lathes
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace, promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Adhere to and promote safe working practices to maintain a healthy work environment
- Proactively report maintenance issues to supervisors and operations managers
- Provide constructive feedback to supervisors to address shop floor challenges and improve operations
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the department manager
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC milling experience, with a strong understanding of M and G codes
- Proficiency with Fanuc controls; programming experience is preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills for documentation and operational tasks
- Exceptional organizational and self-motivation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as part of regular duties

Expected Compensation
$19.22 - $39.96/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
