Job Title: CNC Operator
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shifts Available, Must be available to work some Saturday's.
1st Shift 6am - 4:30pm Must be available for OT 12 hour shift
2nd Shift 4:30pm - 6:00am Must be available for OT 12 hr shift
Pay Rate: $30 (DOE Depending on Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator responsible for programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines to meet production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (Tornos experience a plus; Nakamura, Index, Euro-Tech,Citizen, Star, Miyano helpful)
Produce parts according to work instructions and production requirements
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and document results
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and tolerances
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety incidents
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years of CNC setup and operation experience
Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
Experience with inspection tools (micrometers, gauges, comparators, indicators)
Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and move throughout shift
Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs
