Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNCLathe Machinist to join our team in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate will operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality, simple parts using aluminum, plastic, and stainless steel. Our facility is equipped with Okuma Lathes featuring sub-spindle live tooling and bar feeders. If you take pride in precision machining and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
- Perform in-process inspections using tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Adjust offsets and modify programs as needed to maintain tight tolerances.
- Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure parts meet required dimensions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
- Proficiency in working with aluminum, plastic, and stainless steel materials.
- Familiarity with Okuma Lathes is a plus.
- Ability to perform precise measurements using calipers and micrometers.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight tolerances.
