Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking to make an impact in precision manufacturing?
About The Role
Join our client’s team as a CNC Machinist, where you will play a crucial role in producing high-tolerance custom tooling components. Your expertise in setting up and operating CNC equipment will drive the success of their precision manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate various CNC machine tools to machine complex parts to tight tolerances.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
- Review programs offline, perform metrology inspections, and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor and run multiple machines to maximize utilization and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with minimal supervision while meeting production targets for quality, efficiency, and downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certificate preferred).
- 3 years of experience in precision CNC machining, including mills and lathes.
- Ability to read blueprints and CNC G-Code (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work off-shift schedules.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods.
Work Environment
- 2nd and 3rd Shifts available.
