Shifts
3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (40 hours/week) >15% shift differential
Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM + one weekday 8-hour 3rd shift (32 hours/week) >25% shift differential
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
- Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, calipers)
- Inspect and audit setups and completed work for quality compliance
- Read and edit G-code programs as needed
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and productivity
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of CNC machining experience (aerospace or similar manufacturing environment preferred)
- Technical/trade school certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
- Experience with setup verification and quality auditing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
