We are seeking candidates for CNC Machinist roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $37,440-$58,240 per year, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information! What you will do as a CNC Machinist:
Set up and operate vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines to produce parts to spec
Load/unload materials, select tooling, set work offsets, and make basic program edits as needed
Interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T callouts; verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Monitor machine performance, adjust feeds/speeds, and troubleshoot routine issues to maintain quality and throughput
Complete production and inspection documentation; follow 5S and maintain a clean, safe work area
Collaborate with teammates, cross-train on varied tasks, and support continuous improvement
What you need to be a CNC Machinist:
Experience with CNC milling (vertical and/or horizontal) preferred; willing to train the right candidate
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools; strong basic math/mechanical aptitude
Reliable, responsible, ambitious, and comfortable pitching in on varied tasks; effective team player
Ability to lift 25–30 pounds and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations

Benefits Snapshot: After one year of employment, employees receive 1 week of vacation, increasing to 2 weeks after two years. Up to 40 hours may be carried into the next anniversary period—so with carryover, an employee may have roughly three weeks on the books at once. The company will pay out up to 40 hours of unused vacation that cannot be carried over; any additional unused time is forfeited. Holiday pay begins after 3 months of employment, and all vacation requests require management approval.
