Brake Press, CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) Systems, Hand Tools, Machining, Manufacturing, Milling Machine, Production Systems, Requirements Management, Safety/Work Safety, Team Player, Vertical Machining
* Responsible for utilizing G-CODE to operate vertical milling machines for stamping die, fixture, and part development
* Preparing raw stock (for example, aluminum blocks) by cutting, facing, and trimming them to specified lengths or shapes
* Utilizes, as needed, power saws, drill presses, tappers, and other hand tools
* Inspecting finished dies for smoothness and contour conformity to defined specifications
Required Skills and experiences:
* Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial or production environment
* Must have previous CNC machinist experience
* Must have experience using G-Code
* Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Press Brake operation experience
* Blueprint reading experience
