Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines such as Mill, Lathe, Haas, and Mazak to produce precision parts.
2. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models to ensure the accurate production of parts.
3. Performing regular maintenance on machines, equipment, and tools used in all processes, following strict standards and safety regulations.
4. Conducting quality control inspections, accurately measuring and checking parts for any defects or deviations from specifications.
5. Adjusting machine settings to keep parts in accordance with specified tolerances.
6. Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process and fixing them in a timely manner to ensure maximum productivity.
7. Collaborating with team members, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC machines like Mill, Lathe, Haas, and Mazak.
3. Solid understanding of CNC programming and the ability to troubleshoot program issues.
4. A strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
5. Excellent skills in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and precision, with a keen eye for identifying defects or deviations.
