Job Description:
The CNC Machinist for Tool & Die will set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools to fabricate, assemble, repair, and modify jigs, fixtures, tools, dies, and master tooling. Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, sketches, CAD/CAM files, and engineering drawings; planning machining sequences; calculating dimensions and tolerances; producing precision components; grinding, filing, fitting, polishing, and assembling parts; and testing completed tooling to ensure it meets design specifications. The machinist will also inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and defects while supporting a safe, organized, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.
