Pay Rate: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM, Mon - Fri

The Must-Haves Before You Clock In

• Proven experience operating Haas CNC mills
• Hands-on experience with 5-axis milling
• Experience machining close-tolerance aerospace components
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T
• Ability to hold tight tolerances consistently
• Experience with precision inspection and measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

The Day to Day

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Haas CNC milling machines, including 5-axis equipment
• Machine complex aerospace parts to tight tolerances and exact specifications
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits as needed
• Verify part quality using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, etc.)
• Maintain consistent quality and documentation in accordance with aerospace standards
• Identify and resolve machining issues to optimize cycle time and part quality
• Follow all safety, quality, and shop procedures
