Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce parts to precise specifications
* Upload programs, adjust speeds/feeds, and configure tooling and offsets
* Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools to ensure quality standards
* Conduct routine machine maintenance and support safe, efficient shop operations
Required Skills & Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic CNC operation knowledge, including program uploads and machine controls
* Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
* Strong communication skills and understanding of shop math (fractions, decimals)
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Vocational training or apprenticeship in machining
* Experience with lathes, grinders, or other automated/semi-automated equipment
