Job Details

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills
• Machine components to exact specifications and tight tolerances
• Verifying tooling, programs, and job requirements prior to production
• Monitor machining operations and adjust as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Maintain documentation and traceability requirements
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
• Perform inspections using measuring instruments and gauges

What We're Looking For

• Experienced CNC machinist with lathe and/or mill experience
• Hands-on experience with Mazak and/or Mori Seiki equipment is highly preferred
• Experience with Mazatrol controls is a plus
• Premium threading experience strongly preferred
• Experience in oil & gas, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or other precision machining environments
• Strong understanding of quality standards, safety procedures, and production requirements
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Someone who takes pride in producing quality work and being part of a team-driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Premium threading experience
• Experience working with tight-tolerance components
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and precision measuring equipment
• Prior experience in a production or job shop environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of premium threading experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
