You support our team as CNC Machinist arrow_drop_down Responsibilitiesarrow_right Read and interpret technical blueprints and set up CNC machines in accordance with designated blueprints. Load raw materials onto CNC Machine and operate CNC Machine (Lathe/Mill). Adjust machine settings or cutting paths, for desired material/design specifications, to optimize production whilst maintaining quality standards. Correct/ improve program code to increase efficiency, quality, and safety. Perform quality assurance tests, ensuring products meet design specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve machining problems as they occur. Input product design into computer modeling software. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualificationsarrow_right Minimum 5 years' experience as a CNC Machine Operator and Programmer Able to use and understand 3D computer designs (CAD models) and technical blueprints. Experience in using computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software programs to generate program codes. Understanding and experience in delivery quality assurance tests, essential. Able to maintain good housekeeping and perform safe working practices. Good communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
