In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain precision machining equipment to produce high-quality components that meet exact specifications. Working closely with engineering and production teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across our operations.What your day may look like:Set up and operate precision manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, CMMs, FARO Arms, milling machines, and other machining tools to produce high-quality components.Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to fabricate, prototype, modify, and rework parts, fixtures, and assemblies.Partner with engineers and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot production challenges, improve processes, and deliver innovative solutions.Perform precision measurements, inspections, and quality checks to ensure all products meet customer specifications and industry standards.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment through equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and adherence to established procedures.This posting outlines the primary responsibilities of the role, but is not all-inclusive; additional duties may be assigned in alignment with business needs.What will make you successful in this role:High school diploma or equivalent is required.At least three years of experience in machining and/or fabrication.
