Role Summary We are looking for a CNC Machinist III to program 3-5 Axis Mills and Lathes using advanced CAD/CAM software for precision manufacturing. This role involves analyzing designs, solving machining challenges, and producing high-quality components while ensuring efficiency. You'll collaborate with engineers and production teams, set up and operate CNC machines, and maintain high quality standards. A strong background in CNC programming, proficiency in CAD/CAM tools, and a problem-solving mindset are essential. Responsibilities Review assigned Jira tickets to determine material, tooling, fixturing requirements with autonomy. Ability to sort through tasks using the Critical Path Method to complete assigned machining requests in the most optimal order to meet deadlines and increase machine uptime. Discuss with engineering teams the issues related to manufacturability or timing, provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback, modify in CAD submitted parts as discussed to ensure successful completion of task.
