Job Full Description

CNC MACHINIST NEEDED

Shift: 10:30p-7a S-Th

Pay: $20-25/hr BOE

Where: East side of Indianapolis

Evaluation Hire

Duties:
  • Machine based on blueprints and specifications required
  • Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
  • Load and verify settings, run samples and confirm accuracy.
  • Maintain specifications throughout process by taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering procedures and processes.
  • Maintain safe operations and document on quality logs
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to use precision measuring instruments
  • previous experience with a CNC Lathe
  • Can maintain tolerances of .0005 on critical dimensions and +/- .001 on other dimensions
  • Able to interpret GD&T
