JOB DESCRIPTION: *Organizes work area to remove previous job's data package, tooling, fixturing and remaining materials. *Clears chips from inside the machine tool at the end of each shift. *Verifies all machine fluid levels and maintenance. *Cleans coolant tank filters and screens. *Cleans cooling fan air filters. *Verifies operation of coolant pumps, including high pressure coolant systems. *Selects proper tooling and fixtures required to manufacture product.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*High School Diploma/GED
*Able to read and understand Blueprints and Engineering Documents *Computer, math, programming and setup skills recommended. *On the job training or vocational schooling
