Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine machining processes.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • CNC Machine Setup & Changeover

Machines & technologies you'll use:

  • CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Okuma)
