LINK Staffing is hiring a CNC Machinist (Level 4 / Setup) for a overnight shift role in the Willowbrook area. This position is ideal for experienced machinists who can handle full machine setups, make adjustments, and keep production running with minimal oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Set up CNC machines for production runs from start to first piece
• Load materials and prepare machines for operation
• Adjust offsets, tooling, and machine settings as needed
• Read and follow blueprints or work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure part quality
• Keep machines and work area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• CNC machinist experience at a Level 4 or setup level
• Strong setup experience (tooling, offsets, adjustments)
• Ability to read blueprints and verify part dimensions
• Experience maintaining quality during production runs
