Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with Mastercam experience. If you can read blueprints, program from print/solid, set up, and run parts on CNC mills or lathes, and take pride in doing it right, we'd love to meet you.
The right candidate is hands-on, curious, and focused on quality. You should enjoy solving problems, work well independently, and be confident taking ownership of a project from start to finish.

Duties
- Experience as a CNC Programmer in a high precision environment
- Program from print, set up, and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and prints
- Ability to hold tight dimensional tolerances
- Inspect finished pieces using precision measuring instruments like calipers and bore gauges
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure efficient operation
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes
- Operating and monitoring the machines
- Troubleshooting issues with the machine programming
- Values precision and enforces quality standards
Skills
- Machining certificate preferred, or similar experience or complementary qualifications
- Experience with machinery and mechanical assemblies
- Evidence of significant mechanical aptitude
- 3-5 Axis capable
- Mastercam experience
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Intellectually curious and a willingness to learn
- Exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proven ability to program CNC machines from print through completion both mills and/or lathes
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
- Understanding of mathematics
- Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Good English skills with the ability to read, write and communicate clearly
Compensation: $22.50 - $40.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Friday -- Sunday, 6am-6:30pm or Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am
