Position Summary
QâTech Mfg., LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our CNC Lathe and Mill operations. We are hiring for multiple positions, including CNC Machinists, Machinist Trainees, and Machine Operators. Entryâlevel through experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Programming experience is helpful but not required for all roles. Starting pay is based on demonstrated competency.
Employees must be willing and able to work both day and afternoon shifts (swing shift) as part of our regular operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts
- Set up machines and monitor production processes (based on role and experience)
- Read and follow work instructions and production documentation
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all quality and safety standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Skills Needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Effective communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge Required
- Understanding of basic manufacturing processes

- CNC programming knowledge is a plus for machinist roles

Work Schedule
- Required availability for day and afternoon shifts
- Afternoon shift includes a shift premium, consistent with regional manufacturing practices
