We are currently hiring experienced CNC Machinists for multiple 1st and 2nd shift openings in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. We are seeking skilled machinists with experience in CNC milling, CNC turning/lathe, or CNC grinding who are comfortable with machine setup, troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and quality inspection.

Job Responsibilities for CNC Machinist
- Set up and operate CNC machines including:
- 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC Mills
- CNC Lathes / Horizontal Turning Centers
- Vertical Turning Lathes (VTLs)
- Creep Feed Grinders
- Five-Axis Grinders
- Upload, download, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs
- Interpret blueprints, op sheets, travelers, and mechanical drawings
- Utilize G & M Codes to edit and troubleshoot machine programs
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
- Analyze CMM reports and quality data
- Perform deburring to specified tolerances
- Set up fixtures, tooling, and workpieces
- Troubleshoot machine and process malfunctions
- Document production and quality information in ERP systems/logs
Qualifications for CNC Machinist
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CNC Machining Certificate or relevant CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience with G & M Codes required
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environment required
- Aerospace machining/manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Okuma controls preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Basic math/trigonometry skills required
Physical Requirements
- Lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs regularly
- Stand for 95% of shift
- Bend, twist, reach, and grasp frequently
- Ability to operate overhead crane/lifting equipment
- Must have 20/20 corrected or natural vision
- Must pass annual vision testing

- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
