What You'll Do
Set up and operate JET CNC milling machines equipped with ACU-RITE MILLPWR CNC controls
Program and modify toolpaths using Mastercam
Read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Optimize tooling, feeds, speeds, and setup processes
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, indicators, and height gages
Document inspection results in ProShop ERP
Help maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience
Strong setup and troubleshooting skills
Experience programming with Mastercam
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Experience using precision measuring equipment
Knowledge of tooling, materials, and machining strategies
Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards
Dependable, detail oriented, and committed to producing quality work
