We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. This position offers a pay rate of $27.66/hour on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will promote KAITEKI values by fostering a positive work environment while ensuring safe operations, efficient production processes, minimal downtime, and a clean, organized workspace.

Duties: - Use ERP software to log time and production data
- Read work orders, flow sheets, and part drawings to determine job requirements
- Load and verify tools and fixtures for each job
- Pull and verify materials from the staging area according to WOPAC requirements
- Upload and download machine programs in coordination with programmers
- Perform manual inspections to verify blueprint dimensions
- Submit first article and final inspections to Quality Assurance
- Run all parts required for production orders
- Conduct in-process inspections during production runs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and machine
- Perform daily and monthly preventive machine maintenance
- Communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure successful job completion
- Build fixtures as needed
- Make program edits when required
- Complete additional tasks as assigned

Position Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
- CNC machining
- Blueprint reading
- Using manual inspection gauges
- Experience working with ERP systems for data collection is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
